These include billing automation, expense management, employee attendance automation, project management and task management. There are two versions of the software. One is a hosted service and accessible through browsers from anywhere. A second one is a downloadable version that can be set up on your local network as a client-server solution. Either version is free for use if for 5 users or less. You able to track the time of your employee`s as well as your contractors too. You are able to get detailed or summarized views of these time data. You can set a work-flow based approval system for the time sheets.
There`s a fully integrated project management as well as task management tools. This is able to promote collaboration for your team. Besides the tracking of billable and non-billable hours on a project you can track chargeable expense too so that your invoices are complete. You as the project manager or the team leads can easily review summary views of the project. As part of time tracking you can integrate employee attendance too with your system. Email notifications of different time-sheet activities and project activities promote collaboration. Audit trail ensures there is no tampering of data in the reporting system. Overtime tracking is included as is CSV format import/export of data. The application is integrated with Active Directory.
